Ring up a full basket or take a quick amount-only sale. Cash, GCash/QR, or utang — each one recorded the way it actually happened.
Utang that stays clear
Sell on utang against a suki and their balance goes up. Record a bayad and it comes down — counted as a payment collected, never as a new sale.
Paninda & stock
Track items by piece or by weight, with barcode support for faster entry. Buy Stock records the purchase, updates the count, and keeps your item costs.
Estimated profit & reports
See estimated profit from your recorded item costs and selling prices. Gross sales, discounts, net sales and payments collected stay separate.

Photograph a supplier receipt and it becomes a draft Buy Stock entry. You review and confirm every line before anything touches your inventory. Scans need a connection and are limited by your plan.
Your books stay on your phone.
NegosyoKlaro is local-first. Your sales, paninda, suki and utang records are stored in the app on your own device — not on our servers — and the app keeps working when the signal does not.
That is deliberate, and it has a trade-off worth stating plainly: there is no cloud backup of your business records yet, so a lost or reset phone can mean lost records. Keeping your phone's own backup switched on is the protection today. Your account and subscription do live in the cloud, so you can sign back in on a new phone — but your records do not travel automatically.
Figures in the app are informational estimates calculated from what you entered. They are a clearer picture of your day, not formal accounting, and not tax or legal advice.
